The problem
Putting a product on sale on Etsy takes more than an image. Every product needs its own data package: a title, a description, 13 tags, a category, variants, a price, product attributes and images that sell. When an order comes in, the right design has to reach the right print in the right variant.
With a handful of products, a seller can do this by hand. Once one design goes out on five products, each in several colours and sizes, the work multiplies. That is why shops pay for separate tools for keywords, product copy, listing management, mockups and orders, and carry everything between them by hand.
The market is large: the Etsy marketplace sold $10.46 billion of goods in 2025 and had 5.6 million active sellers at year end (Etsy, Inc. 2025 Form 10-K, accessed 9 October 2026). These figures cover all of Etsy; they are not Podinfly data.
Podinfly brings that work into one panel, as one flow from design to shipping.
From design to shipping
Upload the design
The seller uploads a file or creates one in the panel. The background comes off and the design joins the library. PNG, JPG and WEBP are accepted, up to 100 designs in one batch.

See it on the product
The design lands on real product templates. Print area, position and garment tone are set in the panel, and the design picks its spot and tone from the product colour.

Write the listing
Title, tags and description come out in English and inside Etsy's rules, because that is where buyers search. The product rule is strict: a title of 60 to 110 characters and exactly 13 tags.

Spread publishing over months
A whole list is scheduled at once. Podinfly picks the days and times and pushes each listing to Etsy when its turn comes: up to 24 a day, planned up to 120 days ahead.

Follow the order
When an order comes in, it shows up in the panel. Routing to production and shipping labels are handled in the same place.

What else is in the panel

Order detail
Print area, address and production notes sit on one screen, so nobody has to hunt for what to send the maker.

Listing profiles
Shipping, returns and production notes are written once and applied the same way to every listing.

Export history
It shows what was exported and when, and the file downloads again in one click.

More than one shop
Shops live in one account and switching between them takes a click; listings and orders never mix.

Library
Patterns and mockups from Podinfly's own pool copy into the seller's collection in one click.

Trend hunter
Rising themes are tracked in the panel, so the next design can start there.
The catalogue holds 17 products in 8 categories and 77 colours.
Pinterest scheduler
Etsy products get shared on Pinterest too. The account is connected once with publishing permission, then it takes three steps:
- Choose the products. Pick the listings to share; each Pin comes with its image and Etsy product link.
- Review the Pins. Edit board, title and description. Only approved Pins enter the schedule.
- Approve the schedule. The user sets day, time and spacing. Scheduled, published and retry-pending Pins sit in one list, and connection or permission problems show up there too.
Engineering notes
BESK wrote Podinfly and runs it on BESK's own server. A few of the decisions inside it:
AI output never ships unchecked
Titles and tags written by the model go through a rule engine; only the field that breaks a rule is regenerated, and once the attempt limit is reached the content goes to a person.
The credit ledger is append-only
The balance is never updated in place; it is derived from the ledger. Every write is serialised per account with a lock and carries an idempotency key, so if the same request arrives twice, the database rejects the second write.
Credits are charged after the output is saved
The balance is checked before generation, the output is saved, then the credit is spent. If spending fails, the output is deleted. Users only pay for work they actually receive.
Payments go through reconciliation
The payment return is verified with Stripe on the server. An hourly job completes any session that was paid but not processed, even if the user never came back to the success page.
Etsy quota comes from a shared pool
Etsy's API limits apply per application, not per user. Every call asks a shared counter in the database for permission before it goes out.
Operations stay simple
The web app and the queue worker run as separate processes. Health checks run every 10 minutes and their results are stored. Nothing ships until the tests pass.
Status
Podinfly is live. BESK builds and runs the software; payments and US-side operations go through ECOSEND LLC. We built Podinfly without grants or outside investment.
The free plan gives 100 credits and 3 listings a month, with no card required. Paid plans run from $19.99 to $169.99 a month, and the largest supports multiple shops. Current plans are on podinfly.com.
